NOFA (The Netherlands), the co-operation between the Dutch Municipalities of Achtkarspelen (Buitenpost), Dantumadiel (Damwâld), Dongeradeel (Dokkum) and Kollumerland c.a. (Kollum) in the Province of Fryslân, is the leadpartner of the European project Vital Rural Area.
